  1. Lol yeah it's pretty damn bad. I recently got a ps4 pro with red dead redemption 2. And going from red dead 2, to black ops 4… It feels like a ps3 game. Can't wait for beautiful Battlefield V! Now that will look amazing per usual with Battlefield

  2. I think they used the black ops 2 engine with modifications to it. Then it was used at full potential. Because the engines in the past are always scrapped each year then goes unused. Like They took an old quake engine source code and modded the crap out of it. Like why not just actually make a real engine from the ground up and just make a game that can handle much more, because an engine can yes be modded to work with standards but there is only so much you can do before the modding of the engine for graphics will eventually reach it's peak. Like not saying exactly that would happen, but Modifying and claiming they are making engines from the ground up is foolish and shouldn't be taken into consideration. A engine from the ground up takes many years and research, not 1 year or 2 years to make even if they have a million programmers they still couldn't finish so quickly. Because optimizing a engine to render graphics, Video card optimization, Console packaging, espectially if you're going to play the game on a computer that is low end. It obviously takes time and money in which these companies will never do.
